Crime in America Reviews
"Crime in America" by Ramsey Clark remains today (2015) the baby boomers' guide to social justice based on 1960's principles of a therapeutic society. Clark served as Assistant Attorney General under Bobby Kennedy during JFK's presidency and Attorney General during LBJ's presidency prior to authoring the book. Clarke warnings about consequences from weak gun control, lax prison rehabilitation reforms, capital punishment, and poor police/community relations continue today --45 years later. The book lacks an index and formal references.
Former Attorney General Ramsey Clark writes about crime in America and presents selected statistics to illustrate his views on the nature, prevention, and control of crime.
